Welcome to DS Detailing ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, forms, and services. By using this site or submitting a request through our form, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

DS Detailing provides mobile auto detailing — interior, exterior, and full detail packages — in and around Bakersfield, CA and surrounding Kern County. Submitting a form is a request for a quote or booking — it does not create a binding contract until we confirm the appointment and details with you directly.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Prices, offers, and promotions shown on this site are estimates and may change based on the condition, size, and specifics of your vehicle. A $149 minimum applies to detail appointments. Any special offer, including $50 off your first full detail, is subject to availability and the terms stated with it. We will confirm final pricing with you before any work begins.

3. Booking, Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment so we can offer the time to another customer. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, staffing, or circumstances outside our control.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, and common digital payments such as Zelle, Cash App, and Apple Pay.

5. Communications & Consent

By submitting your phone number and email, you agree that DS Detailing may contact you by phone call, text message (SMS), and email regarding your request, appointment, and related offers. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and opt out of emails using the unsubscribe link. 6. Satisfaction & Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If something doesn't meet your expectations, let us know within 48 hours of your appointment and we will come back to make it right at no additional charge.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DS Detailing is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of DS Detailing and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
